I’m Kevin Pangburn, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the hurdles that keep them from connecting deeply and living fully.

My Philosophy

I believe that no one exists in a vacuum. We are all shaped by the "systems" we belong to—our families, our partnerships, and our communities. When one part of that system is struggling, it affects everyone.

My approach is solution-focused and systemic. Rather than just looking at symptoms, we look at the patterns. Whether you are dealing with a breakdown in communication, the heavy toll of addiction, or the challenges of raising an adolescent, my goal is to help you identify the "why" behind the behavior and give you the practical tools to change the "how."

My Background & Experience

With over 35 years in the behavioral health field, I have served in both clinical and leadership roles. This dual perspective allows me to bring a high level of professional structure to my practice while maintaining the empathy required for deep, personal work.

My experience includes:

  • Addiction Recovery: Supporting both the individual in recovery and the family members navigating the ripple effects of substance use.
